Dayaa Devi pacifies Lord to make him forgive sins of chEthanams

Swami Desikan depicts Dayaa Devi as a Doctor to Lord
ThiruvenkatamudayAn here. When chEthanams do not adhere to
VEdAs and Smruthis as defined by Him, Lord gets high fever (some
may say anger) and Dayaa Devi acts like a doctor by injecting
Patience as medicine in him and pacifies him. Ooshma means high
fever, nidaana means medicine in Ayurveda. Swami Desikan also
implies here very clearly that even for a minute if Lord of Thirumalai
gets away from Dayaa Devi, He gets into high fever and He suffers.
