Salutation to AlarmElu Mangai ThaayAr for her Dayaa
Swami Desikan salutes Maha Lakshmi – here AlarmElu Mangai
ThaayAr as she is the embodiment of ultimate KaruNa (Dayaa) of
Her Lord. MahAlakshmi provides the ultimate Dayaa to Lord Srinivasa
to pardon us and provide mercy. Sreyasim Srinivasasya means that
She is the reason for His greatness.
Swami Desikan conveys the clear message that only through mercy
(Dayaa) one can attain greatness.
