Dayaa Devi ias ornament for Lord and Padmavathi

Swami Desikan compares Dayaa Devi here as water falls and as
ornament. Great water falls in Thirumala flows and removes all the
debris and dust without differentiating. Likewise Lord of ThirumalA,
with the help of Dayaa Devi clenses the sins away in chEthanams
without differentiating as rich or poor, higher or lower. This impartial
quality makes Dayaa Devi as ornament for PerumAL and ThAyAr.
