Lord’s Avatars due to Dayaa Devi’s order

Swami Desikan says that Dayaa Devi orders Lord to take avataar
again and again to protect those who surrenders to Him. Such is the
Dayaa of Lord of Thirumala. Lord Srinivasa takes the avatars in the
name of LeelA, despite all the insults He receives from people like
HirNyan, RaavaNan, and SisupAlan. Through PurANas, He explains all
these as LeelAs of Him, but in GitA, Lord KrishnA feels bad by stating
that those who don’t understand Him, insult Him.
