Dayaa Devi, a lawyer on behalf of chEthanams

Swami Desikan portrays Dayaa Devi as a Lawyer who is arguing on
behalf of Jeevatma in the court of Lord of PerumAL where He is the
chief judge and Periya PratiyAr is the joint judge offering judgement
fairly to all the good and bad deeds of Jeevatmas. This shloka has
several technical terms describing about judgement, and the
characteristics of a Judge and implies how the process of
judgement is done. With these terms Swami Desikan proved that he
deserved the title “Sarva Tantra Swathanthirar”.
