Flood of Dayaa irrigates PrapannAs (Crops) as Lord supervises

Swami Desikan appreciates Dayaa Devi for timely irrigation done
with her floods of dayaa. The crops are those who did SaranAgathi
(PrapannAs). Lord of Thirumalai, the farmer is very delighted by
Dayaa Devi’s Mercy on His behalf. Here Swami Desikan gives utmost
importance to SaranAgathi mArgam. Just by attaining SaranAgathi
effortlessly crops are growing and taken care of by Dayaa Devi and
is being supervised by Lord is the essence of this Shloka.
